What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping delivers within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. A conditional exchange or return is accepted only for quality issues — a defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size item — reported within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
No. We currently deliver within Bangladesh only, to all 64 districts.
