When placing an order on SJCloset:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major credit/debit cards.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email and SMS.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
• Additional COD charges may apply based on delivery location.

We ship across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery takes 1-2 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
• Remote areas may require additional time.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. A conditional exchange or return applies only to quality issues reported within 72 hours of delivery:

• Eligible only if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size was delivered by us.
• Any issue must be inspected in the presence of the delivery person and reported immediately.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.
• Sale, discounted, and stitched/customized items are not eligible.
• If eligible and a replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued within 3-5 business days via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SJCloset and protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

SJCloset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
