Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final — here is exactly when a conditional exchange or return may apply.
SJCloset does not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. A conditional exchange or return is accepted only for quality issues reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please choose carefully and check our size guide before ordering.
Eligible for exchange or return
- The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- An incorrect size was delivered by us.
The product must be inspected in the presence of the delivery person and any issue reported immediately.
Not eligible
- Any purchase made with a special discount or on sale.
- An unstitched product once it has been stitched.
- Items washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way (including in a dryer).
- Bleeding, print damage, or colour fading due to washing.
- Items that are worn, washed, or used, or without original tags attached.
- Items that are opened, damaged, or returned without a receipt.
How a quality-issue claim works
Report within 72 hours
Contact our support with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Inspect on delivery
Check the item with the delivery person and report any issue immediately.
Replacement or exchange
If eligible, we replace it (subject to stock) or exchange within the same price range.
Refund if needed
If we can't satisfy the exchange, we refund within 3-5 business days.
