How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the "Track Order" page and entering your order number. You will also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. A conditional exchange or return is accepted only for quality issues — a defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size item — reported within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Within Dhaka city, delivery takes 1-2 business days. For other districts, it may take 3-5 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. We also accept bKash, Nagad, and card payments.
How can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or call us for assistance.
